Q.Tree Leaves falling

Zone 27713 | beverly1936 added on May 21, 2012 | Answered

The trees in my yard bloomed early this year. Now the leaves are falling off. Some of the leaves are still green, others are brown. I can no see any insects on the bark of the tree.

This can be caused by a number of things, such as a lack of water, frost damage, pests and fungus.

Since you said the tree bloomed early this year, I am suspecting frost damage, but as a precaution, treat the tree with a pesticide anf fungicide and increase water.
