harvesting pinto beans

I planted Pinto Beans in my garden this year. But am not sure when to harvest them. I believe let them dry them then pick and shell. Can you give me any info on this?

If you want to have dried beans, just allow the pod to dry on the bush.
Then pick them and store in a cool dry place.
