TRANSPLANTING ROSES

When can I transplant my climbing roses and what should I be doing, ie, cutting them back, etc before transplanting. thanks

This article should help. Also, if your climbing rose blooms on old wood, you may be sacrificing some blooms when cutting back to move them.
