Transplanting Ming Aralia

What time of year and what do I need to do to transplant?

We have had our ming 5 years and have never transplanted it. Our plant is about 4 feet tall. It is in a 10″ black plastic bucket which sits in a 15″ ceramic planter. Even a little water runs out the bottom.

All help and advice appreciated!

Mike
