Transplanting for move

We are moving and would like to take flowers, bushes, roses, and trees. What is the best way to transplant them? They might not be planted until spring next year.

I would move them into pots until you can plant them where they will stay. I have kept many plants alive after digging them up. The best way to do this is to get some good potting soil and keep them as you would a potted plant until you are able to plant them. Keep them moist, not wet or dry, and feed them once a month with a well balanced fertilizer, until you can get them back in in the ground.
