Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have planted calla lilies from Home Depot. I watered them good as soon as I got them into the ground. I water them once more about 8 hrs later. My question is, will this hurt them? How much water do they need in southern California to be happy from this point on?

This is fine as long as it’s not an everyday thing. Once they’re in the ground, you should keep the soil moist but not too wet. If they remain too wet, they will rot.
