Transplanting Rubber Plant

I help care for the plants at an indoor butterfly conservatory. The conservatory is basically a greenhouse with tropical plants planted in the ground. We have a rubber plant that is getting too large for the space it is in. What is the best way to transplant all or part of the plant to a new location?
