I would wait until early spring to make the move. Being a mature rosebush, it is probably in the midst of full growth and storing up energy for the winter ahead. So moving it now would limit the chances for success. When you do move her, be sure to get as big a root ball as you can. Here is a link to an article on the subject for you:
