Transplanting

My sago is outside and the weather is getting to it. Can I transplant my sago now or wait until spring? The new baby plants are dying.

Here is a link with winterizing tips.
I would not try to transplant the mother plant or remove the pups at this time. It would likely leave the mother plant susceptible to more winter damage.
