Q.Transplant Sago

Zone 28562 | Anonymous added on June 20, 2018 | Answered

I planted a Sago Palm 2 weeks ago, but decided the location is not right. Should I dig it up and transplant now or wait until winter. Zone 8, East North Carolina.

I would not let it get established. They will not like being moved much after that. I would put it where it needs to be immediately.

This article will give you more information on their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/sago-palm/sago-palm-outdoor-care.htm
