Transition From Inside To Outside

Question

I just put my gardenia outside yeah outside after it had been inside all Winter. Today it is going to be in the high eighties. Will it be too hot for my gardenia? Will the heat scorch might scorch my gardenia?

Transitioning an indoor plant from inside to outside should be done in phases, otherwise they will shock or burn. Start it in shade. Here is more:
