Tomato Tops Curling

Tops of my tomato are curled up. I sprayed with Sybol; will this help? The lower plant is ok, lots of fruit. It’s just the top thats looks poor. I water every day and feed every 3-4 days. The side shoots coming back ok from lower stem. What is this problem?
