Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe’ve noticed a great deal of growth towards the bottom of all our hot and bell pepper plants. Should we let it grow, prune it back, or do anything with all these leaves? The plants were grown by seeds from us (indoors) and planted out in the garden about a month ago in both raised beds and containers. See pics attached.

I would prune them.
Forewarning: Your peppers will not be what you planted from seed. They will cross pollinate, and your bell peppers will be spicy and not shaped as a bell pepper should be. Likely you will get an array of different peppers on the plants, all of which will be spicy.
To avoid this in the future, alternate between sweet and spicy each year.
