Tomato Blossom Rot – How to Get Rid of It

I have blossom rot on my tomatoes. How can I get rid of it so it won't ruin all the tomatoes. I didn't see it until they ripened. I still have many green tomatoes. Can I do something to prevent them from getting it?

Adding calcium to the soil helps prevent blossom end rot, which commonly occurs when the plants are lacking this micro-nutrient. Here is more information:
