Tomato Seedling Leaves Turn Yellow

My tomato seedlings are turning yellow. I have read that’s from too much water and to use 1 tbls. Epsom salts per gallon of water. My question is, do I continue using this solution or just one time? I used it once so far and they are still turning yellow. They are under lights in a room about 75-80. The lights are on 16 hrs per day. The seedlings are about 1 month old and about 6″ high in 3″ peat pots. I have use a good soilless starting mix and have fed them once with a liquid 4-15-12 solution of 1 tsp. per gallon of water. What am I doing wrong?

One watering with the epsom salts would be enough. I would try to give them some more fertilizer. Mix it at 1/2 strength according to the directions. If they have been overwatered, they may have root rot.
