Tomato Plants Turning Yellow

I have my tomato plants in a rasied bed that has been planted about 3 weeks. I have different type plants. When I planted them, I used the trench method and did not put fertilizer on the plants until about 2 weeks later because the nursery said they had been planted with slow release fertilizer. Then I put Miracle Grow on them, but they had already begun to turn yellow before I put the Miracle Grow on them. My tomato plants are turning yellow from the top down. I had this problem last year and the tomato plants died, but this year I planted the tomato plants in a different spot in the garden this year. Any ideas?
