Tomato plants and miner flies

I have some DiPel Pro DF. Will this work? If not, what will? Also, does Dipel expire? Received Dipel from a neighbor. Thank you, these are my first tomato plants in Ft. Lauderdale.

It should work against leaf miner larva. You may also want to consider neem oil. It does have an expiration period, but they are not all that accurate as it depends on how it was stored and other environmental factors. Here is more information on this insecticide:
