Tomato plants are growing tall but no blooms. What is the problem?

Most likely there is too much nitrogen in the soil around your tomato plant. This tends to result in lots of foliage growth but little to no blooms. Add some phosphorus to the soil (such as bone meal), which should help encourage blooms, to try and balance this out.

I have this spray I used on my tomato plants that sets the blossoms. I don’t know the name but it was bought at the hardware store. The plants are loaded with tomatoes since I started using it..
