Q.Tomato Plant Has 10 To 12 Small Green Tomatoes On Many Of Its Branches.
Hard to imagine they can support that many tomatoes as they grow. Should I cut off some of the small tomatoes?

Usually, when a tomato cannot support the fruit that is currently on the plant it will drop them, naturally.
You don't have to thin them, as they will not carry tomatoes that it cannot support.
