Q.Tomato Plant Curling Leaves

Should I cut off the parts of the plant that is curling so it doesn’t affect the rest?

Cutting the leaves off will not save the rest of the plant if the curling is due to leaf curl disease. The whole plant and soil are infected, if this is the case. But the curl may be simply a result of environment and will not harm the plant. If you have not read this article yet, you may find it helpful:
