Tomato Plant and Size of Fruit

I planted a Jet Star tomato plant. The plant itself is about 4′ tall. The small number of fruit that is on the plant is small in size. Also, the leaves have curled. What could be the problem?

It may have a disease called leaf curl. This article will explain more:
