Q.Tomato leaf discoloration

Zone 03044 | Anonymous added on May 31, 2020 | Answered

Hi,

I planted my transplants outside 2 weeks ago. I just notice the discoloration yesterday. I am not sure if it disease or insects. Any thoughts?

I suspect it could be sun damage; as you mention they were just moved outdoors 2 weeks ago.

If they were not hardened off they may have suffered a bit of sun scorch.

Keep an eye on them, if new leaves are also showing these markings, I would then treat with Neem Oil. Neem Oil is a good treatment for most pests and is safe for people and bees.
