Tomato leaf curl in Black Prince

Hello
I see no evedence of pests but maybe something i cant see. Should i try neem oil and feed with plant food at the same time? This tomato plant has been in the ground for about 6 weeks. It is Not yellow. Other tomato plant is Spun Sugar and doing fine. Could it be sporadic watering or cacium deficiency? Please help.
Thank you,
