Tips to grow roses from seeds faster before planting?

I placed an order for rose seeds in eBay and they got delivered. After that I have planted those seeds directly into the soil 10 days before but not even a single seed germinated. I love roses but I got disappointed. Please tell me simple tips to grow the roses from seeds.
