Tiny Spider Webs

Question

I have little webs that every morning are stretched from one plant to another all over my canna lilies and bird of paradise. The spiders are so tiny you can barely see them on the webs. How can I destroy the webs without destroying my plants?

If you haven't done anything yet, try spraying the plants with Neem Oil. They may be too big to be spider mites, but the Neem Oil should help.
