This year my Esperanza plant is not blooming. Why?

The soil could be lacking sufficient phosphorus, which is responsible for blooming in most cases. Try adding a higher phosphorus fertilizer (like Bloom Plus, Bloom Booster) or add bone meal to the soil around your plant.
