germinated. Do I leave the tray on the heatmat with the humidity dome until all the seeds germinate? What will happen to the already germinated seedlings? I’m so confused. I have a grow light as well.

Yes, keep everything status quo until most of the seeds have germinated. You can remove the dome for a while each day to let some fresh air in.
