Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe vine is dying back already. It looks like it is completing dying. This is the 4th year it has been planted and has beautiful orange flowers. I have it on a fence. It has never died back this early. What could be the problem?

A fungus may be affecting the leaves. Many fungus can cause the leaves to die back but will not kill the stems. You can treat it with a fungicide, but at this late stage, you are unlikely to see the leaves grow back before winter.
