White Winged Insects on Guava Tree

There are white winged insects on the underside of the leaves of my guava tree. How do I get rid of them without using pesticides?

It is likely white flies, or something similar. You can treat the plant with neem oil, which is effective on many types of insect pests and is safe to use. This article has more information:
