The Walnuts On My Tree Are Falling Very Early

The leaves have bubbles on them. The tree is big. I do not water it and I don’t feed it any fertiliser. Last week I cut one branch off as it was hanging low. Please advise in simple words thank you

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the issue at hand. It sounds like, either, an insect issue, or a fungal issue. These will require, either, an insecticide or a fungicide. You might use both, just in case. Some fungal diseases have no cure, though. This is species, dependent.
