Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe tips of the leaves on my Jasmine vine are turning white and dropping. Jasmine is 4 years old and usually has many leaves at this time. Now the leaves are sparse and plant is not doing well. Am I over watering or is it a disease? I live in Arizona.

It could be either.
Check for root rot. That will be the issue if this is an overwatering issue This article will help and will help you to correct it:

I would also recommend treating the plant with a fungicide. This will help clear up any possible disease as well.
