The plant leaves have got holes

I am new gardener and recently bought some plants from a nursery 3 days ago and have few queries… So can you please help

1. Can you please confirm the exact plant name?

2. I have kept it in balcony under shade which gets 2-4 hours of direct sunlight in evening. But leaves started to loose. So i brought them inside the apartment near window and next day in evening i realised that leaves started having holes in them. I checked back of leaves and it has nothing. Is it because it was kept close to window and happened due to reflection or something else?

3. Best location to keep them ?

This is a Coleus plant. They are pretty short lived and usually intended as an ornamental houseplant for a few weeks, since they won’t tolerate low light conditions, or the slightest bit of cold weather. It is possible to keep them alive for quite a long time, but this requires special care.

They will need quite a bit of light. At least 8 hours of direct, or bright indirect light. This will be the most important thing. You have a Coleus plant.
You would be best having your plant in a partial shade location, though there are a few types that can tolerate more direct sunlight.
Since your plant was outdoors and without finding the pest, it could be almost anything. There are many chewing pests. You could treat the plant with Neem Oil as a precaution.
