broken branch on apple tree

The main branch of my apple tree has broken off. It’s a young tree, about 5 yrs old. The fruit is not due to mature until November on this variety. Can I use the fruit from the broken branches?

Windfall apples are actually very high in pectin and would make good jelly prospects.
