The Leaves On My White Mission Fig Are Blotchy And Viening Brown. Please Help.

Question

It’s my first year with this plant. Is it currently outdoors in zone 7. What could the cause(s) be and how do I fix it? I have never prune it.

It could be fig rust developing. Check the undersides of the leaves for spots. Unfortunately, it also could be fig mosaic, which would not be good. These articles should help pinpoint the problem:
