The Leaves On My Red Bird Plant Are Turning Yellow & Falling Off, What\’s Wrong ?

Not sure if I’m watering too much or NOT enough?? I was going to fertilize it today, but need to know what’s wrong with a bunch of leaves turning yellow & falling off daily lately !
