Q.Fungus on Figs of Outside Tree

Zone 6b | gerilo added on August 13, 2012 | Answered

My figs are getting a fungus on them. The unripe ones look fine. It is a Brown Turkey fig tree. As they get brown, they appear to be getting a fungus on the fruit. I have a lot of green figs (unripe) on the tree. What do I do to stop this problem?

I would recommend treating the tree with neem oil. Neem oil will treat both fungus and pests. Here is more information on it: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
