Termites Eating Roots of Plant

My Cinneraria plants stopped growing and then started wilting. I took out one plant and looked at the roots. There were many termites. I had put some homemade manure a week or two back on it, but that was used in other plants as well, which till now are well and growing. Can you tell me how to control and get rid of these termites?
