teeny tiny red fast moving bugs/spiders

I have teeny tiny red bugs/spiders that crawl all over my pool patio. They could be elsewhere but that is where I see them. I’m afraid to plant anything this year as a couple of years ago, everything I planted was infested with something or another. This year I am trying a greenhouse type of garden (8×8) that is very small, covered with white plastic, hoping that I can have a tiny garden with a few plants. I’m worried, though, that they might get attacked by something, especially those tiny red dots that are crawling all over the pool deck at high speeds.

You can use an insecticidal oil to control the red spider mites.
Here are a few links for you.
