Tart cherry trees

Can dwarf tart cherry trees be grown in large pots or raised beds, possibly? All 4 of my trees grown in the same area began to bud, flower and set fruit but are now dead or dying. I’m thinking the ground stays too wet or drains poorly. my only healthy cherry tree was grown from a pit, 7 yrs old, flowers but doesn’t produce cherries. exasperated.

If there is a problem with over watering the trees will die. You can grow fruit trees in air pots and they will do very well. Look up aero pots on YouTube to see what they are. You can make your own cheaper also. The tree will not get root bound either. My trees are in these pots and are watered from below to soak up just what they need. Good luck!
