I have a 10 year, 10 foot tangerine tree with lots of new growth but no buds. What to do?

Was the Tangerine Tree grown from seed or a nursery tree?
A seed grown Tangerine Tree will not likely ever grow fruit.

SomeTangerine Trees do need a pollinator.
