Q.Tangelo trees never flowered

I have 2 tangelo trees that I grew from seed 6 years ago. I have lived in NC and IN since. I have them in large pots and keep them inside during the winter. Every year they get new growth but have never produced flowers/ fruit. I just moved to GA a month ago and they are loving the weather. Why haven’t they had blossoms?

This could be a fertilization problem: if the nitrogen supply is too high or the phosphorus supply is too low in their soil, citrus trees will not flower. It could also be a pruning problem.
