Tall Shoot Coming Out Of My Succulent

Shoot Is about 18 inches tall- has tiny flowers- it’s beginning to bend over -is there something I should be doing?

You don't need to do anything to the flowering spike, unless you want the plant to continue growing instead of flowering. If you wish to direct that energy into the plant's vegetative growth, then just cut that flower spike off at the base.
