Q.Take Care of Gardenia
What should I do to the gardenia during night in spring when it gets cold and nice during the day? Should I cover it with plastic and remove it in the morning? What about winter? Should I cover it all the season?

As long as temps do not go below 20 degrees F, you do not need to cover them. If it is going to go below 20 degrees F, then you should cover with a sheet, not plastic. Here is more info on protecting plants from the cold:
