Is it possible to move a wisteria? It's only about 15 feet high, one-inch thick and struggling up a maple in shade.
Wisterias normally do not transplant well. You can try it, but you will need to cut the plant back pretty severely in order to ensure that it survives being transplanted.

I have had two wisteria vines for about 15 years and neither have bloomed. The vines are healthy and strong, but just green. Both are in full sun with good soil. Is there something I can do to get them to flower?

I planted a Wisteria about 3 years ago and keep it pruned. It is a very healthy vine but has yet to bloom. How long does it take to have blooms? I live in central Indiana.
They do need 2-3 years to be established enough ti bloom, so I would give it another year. That being said, this article will help you determine if there are other issues causing blooming problems: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/wisteria/wisteria-blooming-problems.htm
I bought four wisterias last year and planted them into the ground last November. Before planting in the ground, they had an abundance of green foliage. I pruned back as described. I live in southern Spain. At the moment I have small brown bud-like growths appearing. When can I expect the green growth to begin? I understand that the plants may not flower for another year or so but I am expecting green shoots.
Those brown buds should turn into green shoots here soon. The brown buds are the leaf and stem buds forming. Many woody plants grow branch buds in this way.
I am moving and want to take it with me. The plant was about 4 feet when I bought and planted it three years ago.
