I believe these to be weeds. They don't appear to have any features which would suggest that they are orchids. Where did you source your soil? if it came from anywhere that was outside, then it is highly possible that the soil was contaminated with seeds from the local weeds around that area.

The same goes for if the potting medium was recycled from another pot. Especially if it was ever outside.

In fact, they are more than likely wild violets. This would be my guess.

I suspect yours are not getting enough sun. Try moving them to where they get bright, sunny light all day but no harsh direct light. Are you using a fertilizer made for violets?

Violets are tenacious plants. An herbicide rated for violets but safe for lawn grass is what you want. Weed-B-Gon is one brand. Read about other options here: http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/gardens-gardening/your-garden/help-for-the-home-gardener/advice-tips-resources/pests-and-problems/weeds/violets.aspx
Follow the instructions given for violet control. Then improve your lawn care with appropriate fertilizer and watering and mow at 3-4" in height during summer. A lush lawn resists weed invasion imperfectly but it helps.

No, the flower is different. So, it's not persian violet.
    Although, it does look similar.
Any other option? Unfortunately, my plant doesn't have any blooms right now.

I believe this is a Persian Violet plant; if you have had it flower or it does flower; that will verify the plant type.

Wild Violets can be difficult to kill. Fall applications of herbicides are generally the best treatment.
