I PLANTED SOME PINK ANGELIQUE TULIPS 2 YEARS AGO AND THEY BLOOMED BEAUTIFULLY. THIS YEAR, THE SAME TULIPS HAVE TURNED WHITE!!!! WHAT CAUSED THE CHANGE IN COLOR AND CAN I CHANGE THEM BACK TO PINK??
Usually this is a plant age related question, but sometimes they will lose color if they are planted in any amount of shade throughout the day.
Providing full sun will give them color back if this is the case. If the bulbs are aged, and you don't know how old they were when you got them, then they likely won't gain their color back.
Can I plant tulips that I have just bought now ( early May) or do i keep them until Autumn to plant.
Keep them in dormancy until Autumn! This article will give you more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/tulips/tulips-care-and-tulip-planting-tips.htm
Now that the growing season for my Tulips is over and the leaves have turned brown do I cut them or pull them making sure I do not pull up the bulb. Also do I cut the green stem?
You can remove the spent flower and the stem but leave all the foliage to die back naturally.
These articles will help you.

My tulip plant’s leaves are turning pink. Kindly suggest me a solution. Thanks
This is most likely too much water or your soil is poorly draining.
Make sure soil is moist but never soggy.

Can you replant tulips that were given to you in a vase of water after they have bloomed? the blubs are still on them.
Bulbs in water are like an engine running on empty. They have expended all their energy sending up leaves and then blooms. You can try planting them ASAP if the foliage is intact and green; however, they may not come back next year. Your bulbs may not be hardy in your zone; varieties differ in hardiness. In warmer climates, they may not receive the necessary chill period to trigger growth and bloom. Some hybrid tulips are not reliable repeaters and are grown as annuals. And, of course, there may not be enough time this spring to re-nourish the bulb. If you have a full sun spot in your garden, it is worth a try. The following link goes to many articles on the different types of tulips and how to care for tulips. Perhaps you will recognize the type you have and be able to research their ability to grow perennially in your area. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/tulips
Or can I plant in the ground in the summer
Store your tulip bulbs in a cool, dry place in a mesh bag (to allow air flow between the bulbs) in your home (a garage would work) over the summer. During the fall, when the weather starts to get cooler, you can replant them.
