Should you cut blossoms off when they wilt?
It's not necessary, but it won't hurt to "deadhead" them. They'll eventually fall off the stem, and in the fall you can cut the dried stems all the way down. Here are some additional tips on growing Tiger Lilies: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/lily/tiger-lily-care.htm
Will flowering benefit from deadheading?
Deadheading your Tiger Lily will help the additional buds open fully, though the plant will only produce flowers once each season.

My tiger lily stem is leaning and growing to one side. Is there a way to straighten the stem so the flower will stand upright?
Use a very thin cane and gently tie the stem to it to staighten. Be careful not to pierce the blub when pushing the cane into the soil.
I got some tiger lily bulbs on New Year's eve while on vacation in Nevada. I live in zone 6. There is snow on the ground now. What do I do? Do I plant them in a pot right now or store somehow until the spring?
You can store the bulbs indoors until the danger of frost has past this spring and pot directly into the garden.
You can also start the bulbs indoors if you would like.
Place the bulbs in a pot with with a good peat based potting mix and good drainage.
Fill the pot half way, place the bulbs in the pot-root side down, and cover the bulbs with potting mix.
The planting depth is typically 2 to 3 times the depth of the bulb.
Water and maintain an even moisture level, do not allow to dry out.
Place the pots in a full sun location with temperatures between 50 to 75 degrees F.
A grow light may be needed to be added to give the lilies 6 to 8 hours of sunlight.
When the weather warms in the spring you can move the pots outdoors. The bulbs can be left in pots or removed and saved for the following year.
You can also go ahead and transplant them directly into the ground.

I was searching the web for the answer to my question but couldn't get any. Recently I got a huge bouquet of flowers and in them were a bunch of tiger lilies. I was wondering if your could plant them by the stem? If they'll grow like that or do I need the seeds? Thank you.
There are many species and varieties of Lilium and Hemerocallis that are called "Tiger lily," but generally, you cannot propagate any of them using just a stem unless you have special lab equipment and conditions to do so. For us regular gardeners you'll need to either have the bulb, the bulbils (tiny dark-colored chickpea-like forms growing up and down the main stem), or seeds to start a new lily plant.
Our lillies have holes in their leafs. Can they be fixed?

Was given a tiger lily plant for Mother's Day and am wondering when I can plant it outside - now or wait for fall?
Yes, I would plant out the lily now.
