s? I pulled out the dead leaf, but it was the newest one and that is where all the new leaves come from - will the plant still be able to produce new leaves? It’s been a couple weeks since I pulled out the dead leaf. Thanks so much
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. It sounds like a fungal infection. Depending on which it is, it may or may not be treatable. Fungicides and proper care will be your best option.

Leaves are turning yellow and I don't want to loose plant. I grow it inside live in Iowa.
Was your plant outside for the summer and you recently brought it in? If so, it may drop some leaves, but should regrow.
Also, the color can fade if the temperature is too low, it isn't getting enough light or needs to be fertilized.

It can be rooted from stem cuttings easily. This article tells how:

Air layering is possible, but takes longer.

Dear, I have been facing the following issue in the last couple of days. I have Ti Plant (cordyline fruticosa) which out of a sudden started to have yellow/brown dry leaves. Usually, I water this plant every 7-10 days and it stands right to the window, so it can get enough sunlight. Any advice how to save this? Do you think I should move it to another area, perhaps it gets too much sunlight during the day? Thanks in advance!
I think that the issue is that it is rootbound, this plant will tolerate full sun and needs it. I would repot into a container that is about the size of the top canopy of the plant. Keep the soil moist but not wet. They do not like it to dry out at all. This article is for a different cultivar, but all have very similar care.
