I will be counting out four or five Sweet Woodruff seeds, to plant at later date. Can I place the four or five seeds in toilet tissue and plant as a single seed? Thank you, Tom Wise Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050-8553 Psalm 118:24
You can, but I would be sure to space them out as far as possible. It would be even better to scatter them in container, and cover with peat moss, though.
Here is an article that will help with the planting, and care of the plant:

After years of flowering it did not this year. Possible reasons? TY
It could need a little help with feed! For flowering, you will want to focus on phosphorus and potassium, but you won't go wrong with an all-purpose fertilizer.
Do not do this, often, and only apply the fertilizer at 1/4 strength. You should only do this when it shows signs of lack of flowering. And I will mention that a very low nitrogen fertilizer is preferred to an all purpose.

I have grass growing through my sweet woodruff plants in the garden. I don’t want to get rid of the S W but it’s looking awful with the tall grass growing much taller than the plant how can I rid the grass without harming my Sweet Woodruff? Thank you
I checked the online product label for a popular garden grass killer that is safe to use around ornamentals, but sweet woodruff is not listed as a plant that won't be injured.
If your sweet woodruff is not too close together, you can paint on herbicide or protect the desirable plants with cardboard, but that is very tedious if the bed is large. Here are more ideas:
