Harvesting of Sweet Annie is usually done just prior to flowering.

I love sweet Annie and have planted some that I found in pots. I want to harvest some seed to plant in the garden but don't know when the seeds form. The plants have small yellow flowers on them now - how can I tell when it's time to cut and harvest them? Thanks

It's getting New sprouts but it looks like they are trying to get buds on
Warm weather can be a factor in flowering and early flowering can't be controlled.

Specifically tomatoes and pole beans
I did a little research on this and it seems that this plant should not be grown next to other herb-like plants, such as caraway or anise, but it's great for warding off harmful insects in your vegetable garden. I know it has a strong scent, but it should be more helpful in your garden than harmful. You may want to give it a bit of distance, simply because it can become invasive. This article may be helpful:

I have some sweet Annie plants that I recently bought but I don't know how often should I water it or how much sunlight should it get. I live in Karachi. That is a humid and warm city near India.
You may be overwatering. They need to dry out some between waterings. They like full to part sun in well-draining soil. Here are their care needs:
